You must give a minimum
of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. After 2 missed appointments or cancellations under
24 hours, you will be required to prepay for your next scheduled appointment.
Any missed or rescheduled paid appointments will not be refunded if you
cancel, or are more
than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
It is never pleasant for anyone to ask for prepayment of future appointments.
However, The Color Bar runs very smoothly and on time by following this policy.
Late Appointments and No show Policy:
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. By arriving on time this assures that any appointments after you will not be kept waiting because of late arrival.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your appointment must be rescheduled. After 2 no-show or late appointments, the cancellation prepay policy will take effect.

If your hair does not look like a picture you bring in, or does not
turn out as agreed in our consultation
, you may call within 1 week of your original appointment
and your concerns will be addressed, (if they are not addressed at your original appointment) and a REDO appointment may be arranged free of charge if required.
